All items purchased from KFM ( are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please Note: Shipping charges and Box fees are non-refundable.

Aquatic Life Returns

At KFM (,the health and wellbeing of all species we offer is our primary concern. Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life, we cannot accept the return of any aquatic life. Please make your selections carefully.

Aquarium Supplies Returns

We are committed to ensuring enjoyment of your purchase and experience with KFM ( If you are not 100% satisfied with your aquarium supply purchase, you can return it within 30 days for store credit* for the purchase price of the returned item(s).

Please Note: Return of electrical equipment for exchange or store credit is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returned products must be unopened and in the original packaging to receive full store credit. Products that have been opened, used, or lightly used, will incur a 15% processing fee. Upon receipt of the returned product, store credit will be applied, minus the processing fee.

Returns not acceptable upon the electronic and electrical equipment, until with a valid reason and proofs of videos ( it may be using power issues or wrong usage).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No returns accepted on Live fishes, except in death while traveling.(Photos must be shared without opening the fish package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We don't accept - Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Usually, refunds take min 6 days to max 20 days

as we need to check the entire order case is real or fake once upon the approval, its a genuine refund request then the only refund will be done

Other State order refund we usually take 15days to 25 days

Refunds will be Credited back to Wallet in case of refund/server issues.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Note: Refunds will happen to the same bank account from which, the order was paid by the user.

Gpay, UPI, Phonepe, PAYTM paid orders, if they need refund they need to send their account details of the same name related bank account number to

we will verify and process in 10-15 days.

In case of the orders which are paid, even after our intimation over the checkout page

those orders will be refunded after 15days at a 4% deduction ( because we are informing the customer at checkout page shipping possibility, even though if the customer does the transaction we are not responsible for that ) Please check with the care team regarding non-shipping Pincode zones

Amount will be Credited back to Wallet under your account

Incase the fishes dead by transportation, we will refund the dead fishes or we will resend them again.

In case of the fishes dead after dropping into the customer aquarium, they get dead/sick due to poor water parameters maintained by the customer we are not responsible, still, customer urges for refund, customer needs to send us the water parameters maintained in their aquarium

contact care team regarding this, videos must be shared with the care team, no pics are accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address shared via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
